Anhui province in China is located at on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River about 150 miles east to the coast of East China Sea It is neighbouring Jiangsu province on the east, Jiangxi on the south, Hubei on the west, and Henan on the north. The province is the birthplace of many ancient Chinese cultures. It had cultivated the Taoist culture, the Jianan literature, the Tongcheng School, the Neo-Confusianism in Song Dynasty, and the Hui culture, etc. Nowaday, it is a modern and prosperous province. The province has a population around 61.2 millions and yearly GDP abount $658.70 billions USD. It’s capital city is Hefei (合肥). The major industries in the province are: agriculture, automobile manufacturing, home appliance manufacturing, steel production, petrochemical, tourism, logistic, and ecommerence.. The major cities in the province are: Hefei (合肥)、Wuhu (芜湖), Bengbu (蚌埠), Fuyang (阜阳), Suzhou (宿州), and Anqing (安庆).. The province also has many attractive sightseeing places like Huangshan Scenic Area (黄山风景区), Jiuhua Mountain (九华山), Hongcun (宏村), Xidi (西递), Tianzhu Mountain (天柱山), Sanhe Ancient Town (三河古镇), Taiji Cave (太极洞), Dabie Mountains (大别山), Qiyun Mountain (齐云山), and Langya Mountain (琅琊山).
