Beijing city in China is located the confluence of Haihe plain about 200 km east to Bohai Wan (渤海湾). The city, formerly known as Yanjing, is one of the four ancient capitals of China and the capital of the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. It is the capital of the People’s Republic of China, the political and cultural center. Nowaday, it is a modern and prosperous direct administrative city. The city has a population around 22 millions and yearly GDP about $613.20 billions USD. The famous traditional products produced by the city are: Beijing duck(北京烤鸭), Erguotou Baijiu(二锅头), Jǐngtàilán bronze ware or porcilin diskware(景泰蓝), delicious white pear(京白梨), Jingxi tribute rice(京西贡米), Daxing watermelon(大兴西瓜), Beijing-style pastry(京式糕点), Beijing embroidery(京绣), Tianfuhao braised pork elbow(天福号酱肘子), and Pinggu peach(平谷大桃).
