Exhibition City-Nanchang

Nanchang city in China is located on the Gan Jiang (赣江), the largest tributary of the Poyang Lake It is about 30 miles northeast to the lake in Jiangxi province. The city is formerly known as Yuzhang. It has a history of more than 2,200 years and is an important city in the south of the Yangtze River. It is famous for the Tengwang Pavilion and the Nanchang Uprising. Nowaday, it is a modern and prosperous provincial capital. The city has a population around 6.6 millions and yearly GDP about $100.80 billions USD. The famous traditional products produced by the city are: Junshan Lake hairy crab (军山湖大闸蟹), Nanchang Rice Noodle (南昌米粉), Lidu Wine (李渡酒), Raw radish (生米藠头), and Huangshanghuang Braised Duck (煌上煌酱鸭). The city also has many attractive sightseeing places like Wanshou Palace Historical and Cultural District (万寿宫历史文化街区), Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁), Nanchang Zoo (南昌动物园), Strange Rock Ridge Ecological Park (怪石岭生态公园), Anyi Ancient Village Scenic Area (安义古村群景区), Yuanchengji Culture and Tourist Area (原城纪·南昌文化街区), Nanchang Ocean Park (南昌海洋公园), Phoenix Valley (凤凰沟), Badashanren Meihu Scenic Area (八大山人梅湖景区), and Lion Peak Scenic Area (狮子峰景区).
