Jinan city in China is located on the south shore of the Yellow River in Shandong province about 120 miles northeast to the coast of the Bohai Sea. The city is also known as the City of Springs, has a long history. It is one of the birthplaces of Longshan Culture and has been a transportation hub since ancient times.
